Changing My Information

Changing your personal information, including your phone number, birthday and card number is very easy using the AppCard Mobile App (iOS and Android).

Step 1 - Home Screen

After you’ve logged into AppCard, you’ll be taken to the home screen. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines on the top left-hand corner).



Step 2: Account Setting

Here, you will see all options associated with your account.

 


Step 3: Profile Settings

Now press the "Profile" option to bring you to the screen that displays your current profile information.

 


Step 4: Edit your Information

Once you see your current information, simply tap on a field to update the information.

 



After you’ve edited your information, it is automatically saved. Simply click the Back arrow at the top right to return to view your profile.

Step 5: Verification (Phone Number Change)

If you change your phone number, it may ask you for a verification code. This code will be texted to the mobile number you updated.



Once you’ve updated your phone number, click “Done”
 


Click “Yes” to confirm your changes. Once you click “Yes”, you will receive a text message with your verification code. You will then be redirected to the Verification page in AppCard.


After you receive your verification code, enter it on the verification page.
 


Click “Verify” to confirm your entry.
 


Your number is now verified! Click OK to return to your profile.
